Refund Policy

Please contact us first before opening a claim/charge-back.

Returns

We will only return/exchange/refund items if they are defective. Please submit a ticket upon 7 days of purchase. Once your item(s) is received, we will inspect it and process a exchange/refund. If your ticket is submitted over the deadline, we will not respond to your request.
Groupbuy If you would like to cancel your order/groupbuy spot, please submit a ticket before the groupbuy closes. We will review your request and process the refund as soon as possible.

Note: A 3% cancellation fee will be charged.

After the groupbuy has closed, refunds are not allowed. This is because after the groupbuy has ended, the order is immediately paid to the manufacturer.
